A positive, energizing, uplifting experience. Performed on a Thai mat on the floor, while the client is fully dressed in yoga like clothing. It is sometimes referred to as ”lazy person’s yoga.” Hands, knees, legs, and feet are used to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches to apply deep muscle compression and joint mobilization.

Nicole is a Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Board Certified in Bodywork and Massage (BCTMB). She graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health (Miami) in 2011. Self-care is not a luxury but a necessity to maintain homeostasis in the body. This is why I give my clients the tools needed to help in between massage sessions.
